Crew Clothing Norwich is seeking an Assistant Manager for a full-time role to support the store leadership in delivering exceptional service and achieving sales goals. The 37.5-hour week focuses on coaching the team, maintaining visual standards, and creating a welcoming shopping experience for customers.

You will drive product knowledge, support multi-channel shopping initiatives, and ensure excellent store operations while upholding the brand's lifestyle values.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Experience in retail industry is essential.
• Desirable: good IT skills.
• Desirable: experience of working in a luxury fashion brand.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and the brand.
• Provide accurate information about our product including features, benefits and stock availability.
• Promote our multi-channel shopping options to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
