British Heart Foundation is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead a store team and manage preloved stock flow to maximise sales. The role is hands-on, fast-paced and focused on delivering store objectives.

This is a 12-week fixed-term contract. The candidate must be flexible to work across 7 days including weekends and bank holidays, with DBS checks and a commitment to a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse or stock teams in retail, hospitality or similar.
• Ability to manage stock in/out to drive sales.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead a warehouse/store team to achieve key objectives.
• Oversee stock intake, movement and displays to support sales.
• Foster a safe, productive, hands-on work environment.
