British Heart Foundation is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead a store warehouse team, ensuring efficient stock handling and safe, productive operations. The role contributes to sales targets by managing stock inflow and outflow in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has warehouse or stockteam leadership experience, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and is flexible to work across 7 days per week, including weekends and bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse or stock teams in retail or hospitality.
• Proven ability to manage fast-paced stock flows and a hands-on environment.
• Strong organizational and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise warehouse activities to ensure stock is moved in and out efficiently.
