Job summary

British Heart Foundation in South Shields is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our retail home store team. You will lead a small team, coordinate stock movements in and out, and help drive sales through efficient stock handling and a proactive approach.

This hands-on, fast-paced role requires flexibility to work across 7 days, including weekends and bank holidays. You will contribute to a safe, productive work environment while supporting our mission to fund life-saving heart

Qualifications

• Experienced warehouse/stockroom team leader in retail, hospitality or similar customer-focused industry.
• Motivated and commercially driven to lead a team.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills.
• Thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work across 7 days including weekends and bank holidays.

• Lead a warehouse team to drive stock movements in and out to support sales.
