Job summary

British Heart Foundation is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead a store’s warehousing operations. You will oversee stock intake and movement, support sales objectives and maintain a safe, productive environment for a fast-paced team.

Flexibility to work across all 7 days (weekends/bank holidays) is required; the role is hands-on and rewardingly helps fund life-saving research across the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience as warehouse or stockroom team leader or supervisor in retail, hospitality or customer-facing industry.
• Stock management experience is desirable.
• Motivated, proactive and commercially driven to lead a team.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills.
• Thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
• Results-driven, resilient and adaptable to business needs.
