British Heart Foundation is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor for our retail home store teams in Bradford. You will oversee a fast-paced warehouse environment, drive stock in and out to generate sales, and work closely with the management team to deliver key objectives.

The role requires a hands-on leader capable of maintaining a safe, productive workplace even during busy periods. It is physically demanding due to high volumes of collections and deliveries, but highly rewarding as you

Qualificações

• Experience as warehouse/stockroom team leader or supervisor in retail, hospitality or similar
• Motivated, proactive and commercially driven to lead a team
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
• Thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
• Able to adapt to the needs of the business

Responsabilidades

• Lead a warehouse/stockroom team to manage stock in and out to drive sales
• Work with management to deliver store objectives and maintain a safe, productive environment
• Support across 7 days a week including weekends and bank holidays
• Handle high volumes of collections, deliveries and donations in a physically demanding role
