Job summary

GARAGE, opening a new store at Bullring Shopping Centre in Birmingham, seeks an Operations (Stockroom) Manager to drive stockroom efficiency, inbound deliveries, replenishment, and ecommerce orders, while upholding brand standards and maximizing profitability.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will ensure accurate inventory, organize stockroom, support the sales floor, and lead a high-turnover operation with a customer‑led approach.

Qualifications

• Min 1 year Operations Manager experience, preferably from a fashion background.
• Experience in high turnover environments and stockroom–shopfloor interface.
• Tech savvy; RFID experience preferred but not essential.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Customer‑oriented with entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profitability by maintaining an organised stockroom.
• Keep stockroom organised and running smoothly; manage deliveries and replenishment.
• Oversee E-commerce order fulfilment and markdowns while maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Ensure sales floor is fully stocked and visually on point; uphold brand standards.
• Identify stock flow improvements to enhance customer experience and store performance.
