Job summary

GARAGE is recruiting a Floor Manager for a new store opening in January at Bullring Shopping Centre, Birmingham. You will oversee all floor operations, lead a team, and drive sales through excellent customer experiences and strong VM standards.

The role reports to the Store Manager and focuses on merchandising, team leadership, and delivering brand goals while maintaining outstanding service. Strong fashion retail experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Min 1 year people management experience, preferably from a retail fashion background.
• Commercially minded and analytical with the ability to influence sales through data.
• Comfortable managing both people and product life cycle.
• Previous experience managing large teams.
• Managed a high turnover operation before.
• Passion for fashion and is extremely customer-orientated.
• Flair for VM, brand standards and training.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, Inspirational leader & authentic individual.

Responsibilities

• Execute merchandising, marketing, and product strategies to boost sales performance.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager and Head Office to deliver brand and business goals.
• Lead by example to create an exceptional customer experience on the sales floor.
