Job summary

GARAGE is opening a new store at Bullring Shopping Centre in Birmingham and is seeking an Operations (Stockroom) Manager to lead day‑to‑day stockroom and store operations from launch. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will drive inventory management, stock replenishment, deliveries and e‑commerce fulfilment while upholding brand and visual standards on the sales floor.

The role requires minimum 1 year in Operations Management in fashion, strong organisational skills, and a customer‑centred

Qualifications

• Min 1 year Operations Manager experience, preferably from a fashion background.
• Managed a high turnover operation before.
• Stockroom success is linked to shopfloor performance.
• Tech savvy – RFID experience preferred but not essential.
• Passion for fashion and customer orientation.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, inspirational leader & authentic individual.
• Highly organised.

• Driving sales and profitability while keeping a well organised environment.
• Keep the stockroom organized and running smoothly.
• Manage deliveries, replenishment, and E-commerce order fulfilment.
• Maintain accurate inventory and execute markdowns efficiently.

Salary: £32,000 PLUS BONUS

Contract: Full Time – Permanent

The Role:

Reporting to the Store Manager you will play an important role in the day-to-day operations of the store. You will contribute to optimising inventory management, increase sales and customer satisfaction, and ensure execution of the brand and visual standards in the store. You are an integral part of the success of your store!
