Job summary

GARAGE is opening a new store at Bullring, Birmingham. As Team Leader you will report to the Store Manager and lead a high-performing team to deliver a brilliant shopping experience while driving sales.

You will coach on the shop floor, role model the brand, and build lasting relationships with customers. A passion for fashion, strong leadership, and experience in a fast-paced retail environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year people management experience, preferably in fashion retail.
• Minimum 2 years retail experience, preferably in fashion with HS brands.
• Experience managing large teams in a fast-paced, high turnover store.
• Passion for fashion and strong customer service orientation.
• Strong VM sense, brand standards, and training ability.
• Social media savvy to extend the brand image.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and coach the team to exceed sales and service targets.
• Lead by example and promote a positive shopping experience.
• Act as customer champion and brand ambassador on daily basis.
• Develop staff through on-the-spot coaching and feedback.
