Job summary

Dr. Martens is seeking a Stockroom Manager for our Beacon store in London. You will lead day-to-day stock, ensure product is in the right place at the right time, and own inventory accuracy to support trading and events.

Working closely with the Store Manager and wider team, you will coordinate replenishment, plan around activations, and build stock capability across the store while upholding Dr. Martens' brand standards.

Qualifications

• Strong stock and inventory management experience.
• Excellent inventory accuracy and replenishment skills.
• Ability to plan and prioritise stock activity around trading needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the stockroom, inventory and replenishment operation.
• Ensure product availability supports everyday trading and brand experiences.
• Own inventory accuracy and operational readiness.
• Plan stock activity around trading, activations and events.
• Be the stock and inventory expert for the store team.
• Collaborate with store leadership to connect back-stage operations with in-store experience.
• Identify and resolve stock, operational and compliance risks.
