Job summary

24-7 Recruitment Services in Worksop is seeking a Warehouse Administrator – Stock Control to support stock accuracy and order release at Manton Wood. You will handle data entry, stock checks, goods in/despatch paperwork, and assist in daily warehouse tasks to maintain efficient stock control.

Strong knowledge of MS Word and Excel, and experience with a Warehouse Management System are valued. You should be detail-oriented, able to work under pressure and take initiative in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel (MS Office).
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS) is preferred but not required.
• Experience with goods in, stock control or JDA system.
• Process driven with good data analysis skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Confident to work on own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Plan and release orders to be picked.
• Conduct line checks
• Investigate missing stock
• Perform general stock control duties
• Input and maintain data on the system
• Process paperwork for Goods In/Despatch
• Assist in warehouse tasks as required
• Carry out stock counting duties
