Job summary

POP MART UK CORPORATION LTD is hiring a Stock Supervisor to manage the back-of-house stock operations at our flagship store in London. You’ll lead the stock team, ensure accurate reception, storage and replenishment, and maintain high stock integrity in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong organisation, and fluent English. You will work with BOH and FOH teams, support training, and uphold safety standards across shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in a stockroom/back-of-house retail environment.
• Supervisory or team-leading experience is desirable.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and stock accuracy.
• Clear communication with BOH and FOH teams; ability to work with diverse colleagues.
• Physically active role; comfortable with stock handling and moving.
• Fluent professional English; retail industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily back-of-house stock operations and replenishment.
• Organise and allocate daily tasks to the stock team.
• Lead and train Stock Assistants; provide feedback to maintain standards.
• Receive deliveries; check against packing slips and orders; flag discrepancies.
• Maintain stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and investigations.
• Oversee stockroom organisation; ensure correct labelling and easy locating of products.
• Coordinate with FOH for timely replenishment and stock requests.
• Support stock transfers, returns and movement processing.
• Assist with stock audits and escalate discrepancies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures.
