Lineage Logistics is recruiting for a Stock Optimisation Clerk at our Holmewood facility. You will work closely with the Lineage team and a key customer to optimise stock, improve efficiency and support operational performance in a fast-paced warehouse.

You will analyse stock levels, picking routes and slotting, review replenishment needs and help resolve discrepancies. The role requires 1-2 years in stock control or warehouse operations, good Excel skills, and a proactive, collaborative

Qualifikationen

• 1-2 years' experience in stock control, inventory, warehouse operations or a similar environment.
• Experience in stock optimisation or picking operations would be advantageous, but food industry experience is not essential.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Monitor stock, picking activity and performance with a key customer to identify trends and opportunities.
• Analyse and optimise picking routes, locations and slotting to improve productivity.
• Review picking methods to improve efficiency and reduce handling.
• Ensure pallets, totes and equipment are positioned effectively to marshal pallets and smooth day-to-day operations.
• Monitor replenishment to keep forward-pick locations stocked and coordinate restocks outside peak periods.
• Investigate stock discrepancies and support resolution, focusing on the key customer's stock.
• Collaborate with warehouse, operations and customer teams to implement continuous improvements and maintain records.
