Lineage Logistics is seeking an Inventory control clerk at the Hams Hall depot to support customer demand. The role covers cycle counting, stock reconciliation, and despatch administration, with duties in both office and coldstore areas.

You will work Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:00, with weekly pay and overtime at enhanced rates. PPE is provided for coldstore work, and you will contribute to a global temperature-controlled logistics leader.

Qualifications

• Experience in stock control and cycle counting.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP basics.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.

Responsabilités

• Perform cycle counts in the coldstore and maintain accurate records.
• Verify stock IDs and ensure accuracy of shipping orders.
• Raise despatch orders and manage stock receipts.
• Arrange export paperwork for stock leaving the UK.
• Assist with stock adjustments and inventory investigations.
• Handle customer bookings and daily stock-related queries.

To support customer demand, we are currently seeking an Inventory control clerk in our Hams Hall depot.

Shift available: Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00

Rate of pay: £13.32 per hour

In this role you will complete varied tasks which include:

• Roles based in office and also within the coldstore, but don't worry, full PPE will be given to keep you warm.
• Compile and maintain records of physical and virtual product inventories via daily regular activities of cycle counting within the coldstore.
• Find product to ensure correct product ID, conduct cycle counts regularly and assist in physical inventories.
• Determine stock supply and need for replenishment.
• Manage data concerned with despatching, receiving stock into store
• Raising orders for despatching of stock for loading
• Arranging export paperwork for stock out of the UK
• Looking into damages, inventory adjustments, returns of goods
• Looking at stock numbers, pallet IDs, authorised substitutes, and other listed information with catalogues, manuals, product lists, and similar references to verify accuracy of shipping order
• Dealing with customers bookings for deliveries
• Dealing directly with customers on day to day basis regarding stock issues
• Any other stock issues and investigations / Admin duties
• Previous experience of stock control
• Computer literate, i.e., a confident user of all Microsoft packages
• Excellent organisation and administration skills
• Confident communicator
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work within a team
