Join Our Team as a Stock Investigator and Be the Heart of Our Logistics!
Your Role

As a Stock Investigator, you'll be the unsung hero who ensures our supply chain flows seamlessly. You'll investigate discrepancies, identify their causes, and resolve issues swiftly. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a significant impact on our efficiency. After initial training, enjoy the flexibility of working from home two days a week, balancing your career with a great work-life harmony.

Your Responsibilities
  • Investigate discrepancies related to inventory, shipments, and deliveries to identify and resolve issues.
  • Accurately record and update discrepancies in the internal system, ensuring all records are complete and up-to-date.
  • Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and clients to clarify issues and ensure smooth logistics operations.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to find solutions to discrepancies and prevent future occurrences.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of discrepancies, actions taken, and resolutions.
  • Provide feedback and suggest process improvements to reduce discrepancies and enhance efficiency.
Your Skills and Experiences
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, or administrative roles is preferred but not required.
  • Attention to detail to spot discrepancies quickly and maintain high accuracy.
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for liaising with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with logistics or warehouse management systems is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently when needed.
