Job description

Arlettie is the leader in organising private and sample event sales for luxury and fashion brands in London and Paris. Our most loyal partners include Alaia, Balmain, Fendi, Givenchy, Hermès, Isabel Marant, Joseph, Kenzo, Lanvin, Montblanc, Stella McCartney, Victoria Beckham, etc.

We are looking for an intelligent, self-motivated Inventory Specialist to join our UK team, based in our showroom in Central London.

Role and Responsibilities

As an Inventory Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining a showroom environment that is constantly changing. Due to our unique business model, you will work with merchandise and a retail space that changes weekly. You will report to the Account Manager and collaborate closely with the Showroom Manager to ensure the showroom remains in pristine condition throughout setup and sales.

Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Floor Management
2. Accepting deliveries and ensuring stock accuracy through regular inventories
3. Managing weekly stock positions, reconciliations, and aging
4. Performing regular cycle counts, following up on discrepancies, missing stock, un-barcoded stock, or misplaced items
5. Actioning stock loss reports and informing the account manager
6. Signing off Goods In and Dispatch slips
7. Organising vans and scheduling stock deliveries
8. Checking stock upon receipt for correct quantity, description, and price
9. Picking and preparing orders for dispatch or delivery
10. Collaborating with the floor manager to improve sell-throughs
11. Investigating and analyzing stock take results
12. Managing the RTV process and ensuring returned stock is correctly located and processed
13. Managing zoning, merchandising, and product replenishment
14. Managing product pricing and tagging
