Job summary

Zuno Barnsley is seeking a Stock Controller to support the Stock Control Manager in maintaining accurate inventory records and ensure inbound/outbound stock compliance. You will help organise the warehouse, update NetSuite, and assist with stock counts and discrepancy investigations.

Essential experience includes warehouse/stock control and good attention to detail; familiarity with NetSuite or similar inventory systems is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, stock control or inventory operations.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with WMS or inventory systems (NetSuite beneficial).

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound deliveries and verify quantities against purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Conduct compliance checks to ensure correct products are received.
• Replenish stock and maintain organised, efficient warehouse layout.
• Perform regular and ad hoc stock counts and assist with discrepancy investigations.
• Update NetSuite with accurate stock data and assist with adjustments.
• Monitor outstanding purchase orders and reconcile discrepancies.
• Support QC checks on outbound orders and report any issues.
• Assist with returns to suppliers and stock handling processes.
• Collaborate with procurement and operations to support stock planning and accuracy.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and maintain high standards of accuracy.
• Identify recurring issues and elevate to the Stock Control Manager.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and contribute to a safe working environment.
• Handle damaged, obsolete, and returned stock in line with company policy.
• Support compliance checks on inbound deliveries and outbound orders to ensure product standards are met.
