Job summary

Zuno in Barnsley is seeking a Stock Controller to support stock control processes, ensuring inbound and outbound accuracy and compliant warehouse operations. You will work closely with procurement and operations to maintain stock integrity and assist with NetSuite data updates.

Experience in warehouse or inventory operations, strong attention to detail, and knowledge of WMS are essential. This full-time, fixed-term role offers development opportunities and a structured team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, stock control or inventory operations.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with WMS or inventory systems; NetSuite experience beneficial.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to follow procedures.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound deliveries and verify quantities against purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Conduct compliance checks to ensure correct products are received.
• Replenish stock and maintain organised, efficient warehouse layout.
• Perform regular and ad hoc stock counts and assist with discrepancy investigations.
• Update NetSuite with accurate stock data and assist with adjustments.
• Monitor outstanding purchase orders and reconcile discrepancies.
• Support QC checks on outbound orders and report any issues.
• Assist with returns to suppliers and stock handling processes.
• Collaborate with procurement and operations to support stock planning and accuracy.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and maintain high standards of accuracy.
• Identify recurring issues and elevate to the Stock Control Manager.
