Job summary

Kenect Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Stock Controller in Leighton Buzzard with travel to multiple sites. The role offers flexible hours around a core pattern, a permanent contract, and a salary of £35,000 per annum.

You will work across Leighton Buzzard, Houghton Regis, Dunstable and occasional Burton-on-Trent, with your own vehicle and mileage reimbursed. You will be involved in stock control, data analysis, and process improvements, with opportunity for training and growth in a growing

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy are essential.
• Proven ability to work with data and draw insights.
• Experience with Excel and data analysis tools is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve stock accuracy across multiple sites.
• Investigate stock discrepancies and identify root causes.
• Review inventory data, trends and opportunities for cost savings.
• Turn data into clear information to support decisions.
• Collaborate with Site Managers and warehouse teams.
• Spend time on the warehouse floor to understand processes.
• Lead stock takes and cycle-count programmes.
• Maintain master data and report on stock adjustments.
• Support improvements to WMS processes and projects.
