Job summary

Bennett And Game Recruitment is seeking an experienced Stores / Stock Controller in Sutton-in-Ashfield to join the Supply Chain team. You will ensure raw materials, components and finished products are received, checked for quality, and booked into the ERP system.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will liaise with Purchasing, Warehouse and Manufacturing to optimise stock flow. A forklift licence and strong Excel skills are required for this on-site role.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in stock control, stores, warehousing or inventory management.
• Strong communication and organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience using ERP/stock management systems and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage all goods-in paperwork and ERP processes for finished goods, raw materials and components.
• Process inbound/outbound returns, including supplier returns and damaged material.
• Carry out quality inspections on incoming goods and ensure correct part-numbering and labelling.
