Job description

We are expanding the Stock team at our Harworth Site! As a Stock Controller, you will play a vital role in maintaining stock integrity within the warehouse. With an eye for detail and excellent investigative skills, you should ideally have stock control experience and knowledge of WMS. Key attributes include teamwork, communication, tenacity, and the ability to work proactively on your own initiative.

Shift Pattern:

Any 5 in 7 rotating shifts, (06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00)

Salary:

£26,191.62

Responsibilities:

1. Liaise with Management and Operational staff to ensure accuracy of received and despatched loads, making amendments as necessary.
2. Manage the problem pallet area in conjunction with the Receipt and Despatch Team.
3. Accurately amend pickfaces to maintain stock integrity, ensuring all checks are completed first.
4. Oversee the Hold and Release process.
5. Assist in managing the pallet database.
6. Investigate and report all short shipments accurately.
7. Complete daily and weekly reports.
8. Support Stock Management with investigations.
9. Handle additional responsibilities such as handovers, missing pallet investigations, damage control, and samples.
