You will investigate and resolve all stock related discrepancies, and ensure security procedures are followed at all times to prevent stock loss.

The role includes completely weekly reviews of negatives and invalids, actioning any relevant investigations and system moves, and escalating to Team Manager as appropriate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Raising of Purchase Orders
  • Allocation of spare parts to job cards
  • Train colleagues on ordering processes, and stock management software as necessary
  • Support the management team with continued best practice across the Rolex delivery standard operating procedures
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound stock movements with business stakeholders
