Job summary

Booker is seeking a Stock and Administration Clerk to join our team in maintaining stock accuracy across fresh, chilled, frozen and ambient products. You will handle department administration, support operational activities, and assist the Warehouse team when required.

You will work with Senior Operations Clerks and the Stock Manager to ensure paperwork is completed accurately and goods are received properly. Strong communication, data entry, and time-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills for stock control.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with team and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Releasing daily pick and data entry.
• Manage product shelf life and stock accuracy.
• Verify stock including pack sizes, quantities, prices and best-before dates.
• Manage returns to suppliers/depots and liaise with internal/external stakeholders.
• Produce and monitor key performance indicators and daily/weekly reports.
