Booker is hiring for a Stock Control Assistant in Banbury to join a small team ensuring stock accuracy for fresh, chilled, frozen and ambient products. You will manage shelf life, stock verification, supplier interactions, and KPI monitoring while supporting depot stock takes and night shift operations.

The role involves working Monday to Friday nights, with a focus on maintaining service levels and efficient warehouse stock control. Recruitment email provided for applications.

Formación

• Must have strong numerical ability and good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience in FMCG environment and proficiency with basic office tools.

Responsabilidades

• Manage product shelf life and verify stock including pack sizes, quantities and best before dates.
• Handle returns to supplier/depots and maintain supplier relations.
• Monitor stock levels and KPI reporting; support stock takes and error correction.
• Ensure correct stock balance across temperature zones in the warehouse.
• Assist with day-to-day depot exports and non-core activities; escalate supplier issues.
