Job summary

Booker Group is seeking a Stock and Administration Clerk to maintain stock accuracy across fresh, chilled, frozen and ambient ranges at Basil Hill Road, Didcot. You will handle department administration, support operational activities, and assist the Warehouse team as needed.

Strong communication and data-entry skills are essential. Ideal candidates will have intermediate MS Office skills, data entry experience, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Strong numerical skills and ability to work with MS Office.
• Excellent communication and the ability to work on your own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Release daily pick with data-entry accuracy.
• Manage product shelf life and verify stock details.
• Process returns to suppliers/depots and coordinate with teams.
• Produce and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Escalate supplier issues and support stock control objectives.
• Ensure correct stock balance across all temperature zones.
