Job summary

James Andrews Recruitment Solutions is currently working with a Housing Association in the UK to recruit a Stock Conditions Surveyor on a minimum 3-month contract. The role starts immediately and pays £35.02 per hour via Umbrella.

You will carry out stock condition surveys on domestic properties, identify defects and provide reports to planned maintenance teams, with knowledge of Section 20 and First Tier Tribunal processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in stock condition surveying.
• Experience carrying out inspections with HHSRS and decent home standard.
• Comfortable working within customers' homes.
• Must hold a full UK Driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out stock condition surveys on domestic properties.
• Identifying defects where necessary.
• Providing recommendations and reports back to planned maintenance teams.
• Exercising knowledge of Section 20 and First Tier Tribunal Process.
