Job summary

Build Recruitment is seeking a Stock Condition Surveyor for a social housing maintenance company based in South Devon. You will carry out stock condition surveys in social housing properties and provide technical advice to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

You will ensure compliance with building regulations and health & safety, build strong relationships with tenants and contractors, perform HHSRS evaluations, and record survey data in the asset management system.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of upcoming legislations in building surveying

Day to Day duties of the Stock Condition Surveyor

• Carry out Stock Condition Surveys in social housing properties
• Providing technical advice and ensuring compliance with building regulations and health & safety requirements.
• Building strong working relationships with tenants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Carry out HHSRS evaluations
• Record and update survey data in the asset management system.

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

• Have experience carrying out Stock Condition Surveys.
• Knowledge of upcoming legislations surrounding the building surveying industry
