Job summary

TSA Surveying Ltd in London is seeking qualified Stock Condition Surveyors and EPC Assessors to conduct surveys across residential properties in Sussex, Oxfordshire, and London. You will handle a large portfolio of properties and work on a per-survey pay structure.

The role is outside IR35 with a 2-month duration and requires a commitment of 4–5 days per week and at least 35 surveys weekly. Equipment is provided by the client.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Stock Condition Surveys across residential properties in and around Sussex (Brighton), Oxfordshire, South and North London.
• Manage a portfolio of 350+ properties.
• Survey bedsits, flats, houses and blocks; paid per survey.
• Work on Stock Only, Stock and SAP, or Stock and EPC (lodgement fee covered by client).
• Outside IR35.
• Commit to 4/5 days a week and a minimum of 35 surveys per week.

TSA Surveying are currently supporting a Building Consultancy in London and require a team of qualified Stock Condition Surveyors and EPC Assessors.

Role Overview

• Conduct Stock Condition Surveys across residential properties in and around Sussex (Brighton), Oxfordshire, South and North London.
• Portfolio of 350+ properties.
• Paid per survey – Bedsits, Flats, Houses and Blocks.
• Mixture of Stock Only, Stock and SAP, Stock and EPC (Lodgement Fee covered by the client).
• Outside IR35.
• Must bale commit to 4/5 DAYS A WEEK and a minimum of 35 surveys a week.

Contract Details

• Duration: 2 Month (Possibility of Extension).
• Start Date: ASAP.
• Appointments: Pre‑arranged by the client and door knocking.
• Equipment Provided: ID badges, Tablet, Calling Cards, Letters of Authority.
