Job summary

TSA Surveying Ltd in London is seeking four experienced Stock Condition Surveyors and an EPC Assessor to conduct surveys for a large housing association. Roles include surveying in East/West London and North West London with start on 5 October 2026 and a 3pm-9pm shift.

The contract is approximately 4–8 months, outside IR35, with access arrangements and training provided. Candidates will perform stock condition, HHSRS, DHS, and EPC assessments and will visit sites during pre-booked appointments,

Qualifications

• Experience as Stock Condition Surveyor or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Stock Condition, HHSRS, Decent Homes Standard (DHS) and EPC Assessments
• Door knocking to arrange access where required and also attending pre-booked appointments
