Job summary

TSA Surveying Ltd in London is seeking four experienced Stock Condition Surveyors and an EPC Assessor to conduct surveys for a large housing association. Roles include surveying in East/West London and North West London with start on 5 October 2026 and a 3pm-9pm shift.

The contract is approximately 4–8 months, outside IR35, with access arrangements and training provided. Candidates will perform stock condition, HHSRS, DHS, and EPC assessments and will visit sites during pre-booked appointments,

• Experience as Stock Condition Surveyor or similar role.

Surveyors Required:

• 1 x East London
• 1 x West London
• 2 x North West London

Start date: 5th October 2026

Working hours: 3pm-9pm

Minimum 4 days per week required

Duration: Approximately 4-8 months

You will be carrying out:
