Apex M&E Solutions Ltd is seeking Stock Condition Surveyors to deliver surveys and asset data programmes for local authorities, universities, housing associations, and public sector clients. The role involves inspections, data collection, and reporting across residential and public sector assets.

DBS clearance is essential. These are ongoing contract roles with a 5 year rolling term, requiring 30+ surveys per week in areas within a 30 minute commute of E10 or SE26.

Qualifications

• Experience within building surveying or property inspection roles.
• Knowledge of construction methods, defects, and compliance requirements.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience within residential, commercial, or public sector environments welcomed.
• Experience with stock condition surveys, HHSRS, or asset management beneficial.
• Strong IT skills, including email and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a wider team.
• Must have DBS clearance or be able to pass a DBS check.

Responsabilités

Overview

We are currently recruiting for Stock Condition Surveyors on behalf of a construction and infrastructure consultancy providing consultancy, project management, commercial/cost management and surveying services.

Operating over 15 years, they have significant experience across many industry sectors, including civil, residential, aviation, commercial, rail, education, leisure, defence, retail, utilities and infrastructure.

You will be supporting the delivery of stock condition surveys and asset data programmes for local authorities, universities, housing associations, and public sector clients.

The role will involve undertaking property inspections, condition assessments, and data collection using digital survey technology across a range of residential and public sector assets. Experience in stock condition surveys, asset management, HHSRS, or social housing would be beneficial, although candidates with transferable surveying experience are also encouraged to apply.

These are ongoing contract roles. They have a 5 year rolling contract. We need people within a 30 minute commute of E10 or SE26. Typically we look for a minimum of 30 surveys a week. Some surveyors are doing 50 - 60 surveys every week. Below are the rates per survey:

• House £29
• Bungalow £27
• Flat/Maisonette £22
• Blocks £37
