Job summary

Apex Resourcing Solutions Ltd. is recruiting Stock Condition Surveyors to support stock condition surveys and asset data programmes for local authorities, universities, housing associations, and public sector clients.

You will perform property inspections, assess condition, and collect data using digital survey technology across a range of residential and public sector assets. DBS clearance is essential; roles are ongoing with 5 year rolling contracts.

Qualifications

• Experience in building surveying or property inspection roles.
• Knowledge of construction methods, defects, and compliance requirements.
• Experience in residential, commercial, or public sector environments.
• Experience with stock condition surveys, HHSRS, or asset management beneficial.
• Strong IT skills including email and Microsoft Office applications.
• Must have DBS clearance or be able to pass a DBS check.

Job description

We are currently recruiting for Stock Condition Surveyors on behalf of a construction and infrastructure consultancy providing consultancy, project management, commercial/cost management and surveying services.

Operating over 15 years, they have significant experience across many industry sectors, including civil, residential, aviation, commercial, rail, education, leisure, defence, retail, utilities and infrastructure.

You will be supporting the delivery of stock condition surveys and asset data programmes for local authorities, universities, housing associations, and public sector clients.

The role will involve undertaking property inspections, condition assessments, and data collection using digital survey technology across a range of residential and public sector assets. Experience in stock condition surveys, asset management, HHSRS, or social housing would be beneficial, although candidates with transferable surveying experience are also encouraged to apply.

These are on going contract roles. They have a 5 year rolling contract. We need people within a 30 minute commute of E10 or SE26. Typically we look for a minimum of 30 surveys a week. Some surveyors are doing 50-60 surveys every week. Below are the rates per survey:
