Job summary

1st Select Limited, in partnership with a consulting firm, is recruiting Stock Condition Surveyors for social housing properties across South Yorkshire.

This 3-month contract offers the chance to lead on work and to apply your knowledge of stock condition surveys, HHSRS, RDSAP and handheld devices. Prior experience in social housing surveys is essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of handheld devices (Tablet PC) is required.
• Experience with HHSRS assessment processes.
• Proven experience in stock condition surveying for social housing.
• Experience with RDSAP assessments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Stock Condition Surveys on social housing properties throughout South Yorkshire.

1st Select are currently working in partnership with a Consultancy who have won a considerable sized contract in and around Sheffield.

We are currently looking for 4 Stock Condition Surveyors to carry out Stock Condition Surveys on social housing properties throughout South Yorkshire.

Requirements for this role:

• Knowledge of using handheld devices (Tablet PC)
• HHSRS Experience
• Stock Condition surveying experience
• RDSAP Experience

This is a 3 month contract contract with the possibility of leading on work!
