Job summary

Vivid Resourcing Ltd. is recruiting a Stock Condition & EPC Surveyor to support a large-scale housing stock survey programme. You will carry out 4-6 property surveys per day, perform EPC assessments, and input data into Keystone Asset Management software.

Essential requirements include a DEA qualification, HHSRS training, and prior stock condition survey experience in social housing or residential portfolios, with a full UK driving licence and strong data-collection skills.

Responsibilities

Stock Condition & EPC Surveyor

Contract: 3-6 Months

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Stock Condition & EPC Surveyor to support a large-scale housing stock survey programme.

This is an excellent opportunity for a surveyor with a strong background in residential property inspections, stock condition surveying, and energy assessments. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out approximately 4-6 property surveys per day, gathering accurate asset and compliance data, and updating information directly into Keystone Asset Management software.
