Shift patterns: 4 on 4 off, 7am - 7pm
Location: Prudhoe, NE42 6PL

DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Stock and Systems Clerk to play a vital role coordinating our daily warehouse and distribution requirements.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

• Responsible for daily stock control processes and procedures to ensure smooth control of stock through the supply chain
• Accurate and timely receipt of goods inwards & returns onto WMS systems
• Maintain accurate stock figures and ensure figures are reflected in WMS systems
• Releasing orders through the Warehouse Management System
• Creating reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerBI

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

• Previous experience working in a Warehouse or Inventory environment
• Good IT skills - including use of Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems
• Effective communication skills to liaise with the customer and operations team on a regular basis
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
