Job summary

New Look is seeking a Branch Merchandising Assistant to manage allocation and replenishment of multiple product categories across stores and eComm. You will become proficient in specialist systems to ensure stock is distributed efficiently and commercially, working closely with ABM, Merchandising, Distribution Centre and Retail teams.

You’ll analyse weekly performance, support with workload planning, and contribute to online stock optimisation.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is essential in either store or HO with strong commercial awareness.
• Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently to deliver tasks.
• Excellent Excel skills and comfort with new specialist systems.

Responsibilities

• Allocate and replenish stock across stores and eComm to maximise profitability.
• Use specialist systems to set up allocations and manage replenishment parameters.
• Monitor weekly product performance and discuss in meetings with Branch Merch and Space Planning team.
• Manage stock intake and plan workload with peers to support peak periods.
• Analyse and refresh data using reporting tools to inform distribution decisions.
• Collaborate with managers and product teams to optimise branch stocks and online stock offers.
• Attend weekly Distribution Review meetings and prepare coherent allocation requests.
