Monsoon Accessorize is seeking an Assistant Merchandiser to support stock management, allocations and the sales process to maximise profit across channels.

You will produce weekly brand analyses, oversee promotions, negotiate with suppliers, and work with junior merchandisers, buying and the web team to deliver timely stock packages to stores.

This role requires strong Excel skills, a fashion retail mindset and the ability to work under pressure.

Formación

• Interest in fashion retail.
• Proven track record in multi-product.
• Strong analytical and advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to identify key trends and opportunities aligned with customer profile.
• Experience managing a team and supporting sign offs.
• Confident communicator with cross-functional relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in stock level management to maximise profit.
• Assist with allocations to meet plans.
• Support sales to maximise revenue while protecting margins.
• Produce weekly brand analyses and reports.
• Oversee markdowns and promotions.
• Maintain Brand KPI sheets.
• Monitor deliveries to meet business needs.
• Negotiate with suppliers on cost price.
• Support multi-channel analyses.
• Collaborate with junior merchandisers, branches, buying and web team.
• Help create seasonal sales and buying plans.
• Support continuity stock reviews to maximise sales.
• Plan induction for new merchandising staff.
• Communicate team information via weekly meetings.
• Coach and develop junior team members.
• Identify training needs.
