Job summary

Success Talent in London is seeking an Allocator to join the merchandising team. Based in a hybrid role, you will ensure SKUs are raised accurately and allocated to stores, working closely with senior stakeholders to shape stock decisions.

You will develop allocation strategies, manage new line and replenishment allocations, analyse sales to inform distribution, and support new store launches in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Ideally office-based allocation experience or a relevant degree.
• Strong Excel skills.
• High attention to detail and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Help develop and implement the allocation strategy to maximize sales potential across all channels.

An exciting, fast-growing multichannel retailer is looking for an Allocator to join their merchandising team.

In this role, you will be at the heart of the business, ensuring SKUs are raised accurately and maintained, while effectively allocating stock to stores. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your retail skills, as you will work closely with senior stakeholders and be involved in key merchandising decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help develop and implement the allocation strategy to maximize sales potential across all channels
