Job summary

Culina in Stafford is seeking a Stock Administrator to join our Chilled & Fresh division on a full-time permanent basis. The role reports to warehouse operations and involves reporting stock levels and resolving discrepancies.

Salary is £27,367 with a 4 on 4 off shift pattern from 7am to 7pm. You will handle stock reports, process queries, returns, and maintain accurate stock records across the network.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced administration role.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective and professional communication skills.
• PC literate with experience in MS Excel.
• Methodical problem solving with proactive resolutions.
• Able to manage workload and prioritise effectively.

Responsibilities

• Creating and distributing stock reports to internal and external customers.
• Processing stock queries within agreed timeframes, providing customer care.
• Investigating discrepancies and processing dispute procedures.
• Processing returns and inter depot cross documents.
• Pursuing stock rejections and returns throughout the network.
• Processing system transactions to correct stock balances.
• Maintaining accurate transactions in outside warehouse database.
• Investigating outstanding, incoming, outside and missing pallets.
• Empty location checks as required on the system.
• Recording and escalating internal and external non-conformances.
• Providing cover for Goods In desk as required.
• General administration paperwork filing.

Shift: 4 on 4 off, 7am-7pm.

Key Duties of Stock Administrator:

• Creating and distributing stock reports to both internal and external customers.
• Processing stock queries within agreed timeframes, providing customer care.
• Investigating discrepancies and processing dispute procedures.
• Processing returns and inter depot cross documents.
• Pursuing stock rejections and returns throughout the network.
• Processing system transactions to correct stock balances.
• Maintaining accurate transactions in outside warehouse database.
• Investigating outstanding, incoming, outside and missing pallets.
• Empty location checks as required on the system.
• Recording and escalating internal and external non-conformances.
• Providing cover for Goods In desk as required.
• General administration paperwork filing.
• Other duties as reasonably required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a fast paced, Administration role.
