STILL Materials Handling Ltd in Worcester is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service STILL forklifts and material handling equipment at customer sites in the Worcester/ Redditch area. You will diagnose faults, perform preventative maintenance and support customers with safety and efficiency as priorities.

You should have a background in mechanical or electrical engineering, hydraulics, and IT literacy, with a full UK driving licence.

Formación

• Experience in mechanical or electrical engineering, hydraulics or related fields.
• NVQ level 3 (or equivalent) preferred but not essential.
• IT literate and able to use latest technology to keep records and place orders.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose faults and rectify faults on STILL forklifts and material handling equipment at customer sites.
• Undertake preventative maintenance on STILL equipment.
• Liaise with customers and colleagues to ensure high service standards.
• Maintain accurate records using IT systems and order parts when needed.

We are currently looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our team in the Worcester/Redditch area.

We are looking for vehicle technicians or mechanical engineers who have experience working as a forklift technician, plant fitter, plant technician, vehicle technician or a similar type of role. Experience within plant equipment, powered access equipment, agricultural machinery, motor vehicles or industrial cleaners may make this role perfect for you!

Working with everything from small pallet trucks, through to IC trucks, VNA trucks and automated trucks, you will be required to find, diagnose, and rectify faults, and undertake preventative maintenance on STILL forklifts and other material handling equipment at our customer sites.

Tasks and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you will need experience in at least one of the following areas:

• Mechanical engineering
• Electrical engineering
• Hydraulics

Ideally, you will have an NVQ level 3 (or equivalent) qualification, although this is not essential.

You will need to be IT literate and able to use latest technology to keep accurate records and place orders.

You must hold a full UK driving licence.
