Job summary

AIRBUS Defence and Space Limited is offering an undergraduate internship in Stevenage for a 12-month period starting 19 July 2027. The role demands exposure to mechanical design workflows, CAD/CAM tools, and Dassault System tools.

Qualifications

Must be an undergraduate for the whole placement period.
Experience with CAD/CAM tools and Dassault tools (Catia V5/V6, Delmia, Apriso) preferred.
Some programming skills (VB, VB.net, PHP, MySQL, C#) beneficial.
Collaborative and able to communicate with stakeholders across all levels.

Responsibilities

Process development: specify, develop, and document changes for deploying new tools like 3DExperience and Catia V6.
Stakeholder collaboration to design and implement leaner workflows.
Digital transformation: optimize end-to-end processes through digitalisation.
Prepare and present a final report to managers and stakeholders.
