At Brookthorpe Hall School, we're looking for an inspiring and ambitious STEM Lead to take ownership of our STEM provision and help shape exciting learning opportunities for our students. This is an opportunity to combine what you love about teaching with the chance to lead, influence and develop the curriculum. You'll remain connected to the classroom while having the freedom to drive standards, support colleagues and create a STEM experience that encourages curiosity, creativity and problem solving. Working with students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, you'll understand that great teaching sometimes means finding a different route to success. With the right relationships, engaging learning and high expectations, you'll help students overcome barriers, recognise their strengths and discover what they are capable of achieving.
We're looking for someone who combines excellent classroom practice with the ambition and confidence to lead others.
