Outcomes First Group is seeking a passionate SEN Teacher for Hemlock Stone School in Stapleford. You will craft engaging, personalised learning experiences for pupils with autism and complex needs, building confidence and independence.
You’ll work with Teaching Assistants, therapists and families to monitor progress, adapt approaches, and promote inclusive learning. QTS or equivalent is required; experience in SEN is desirable but not essential.
