Job summary

KPI Education in partnership with a well-regarded secondary school in Leeds is recruiting a Graduate STEM Teaching Assistant to join from September 2026. The role is full-time and long-term, with a 32.5-hour week during term-time and interviews taking place immediately.

The successful graduate will support pupils in Maths, Science, or Computing, deliver 1:1 and small group interventions, and work with experienced staff to foster STEM excellence in a high-achieving Leeds school.

Qualifications

• 2:1 degree or higher in Maths, Science, Engineering, or Computing encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils across KS3 & KS4 in a range of STEM subjects.
• Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions to strengthen understanding and raise attainment.

Graduate STEM Teaching Assistant

• Full-time, long-term position starting September 2026
• Monday–Friday, 32.5 hours per week during term-time only
• Earn up to £570 per week as a Graduate STEM Teaching Assistant
• Secondary school based in Leeds – strong focus on STEM excellence
• Graduates with a 2:1 degree or higher in Maths, Science, Engineering, or Computing encouraged to apply
• Support pupils across KS3 & KS4 in a range of STEM subjects
• Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions to strengthen understanding and raise attainment

• Ideal experience ahead of Teacher Training applications for September 2027
