Job summary

KPI Education, in partnership with a Leeds secondary school, is seeking a Graduate STEM Teaching Assistant for a September 2026 start. You will support pupils across KS3 and KS4 in Maths, Science, and Computing, delivering 1:1 and small group interventions.

This full-time, term-time role offers mentoring and professional development to prepare you for future teacher training in 2027, with exposure to dynamic STEM departments and collaboration with experienced practitioners.

Qualifications

• Graduates with a 2:1 degree or higher in Maths, Science, Engineering, or Computing encouraged to apply.
• Interest in pursuing a teacher-training route starting in 2027.
• Willingness to work across Maths, Science and Computing departments.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils across KS3 & KS4 in STEM subjects.
• Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions.
• Work with experienced classroom practitioners in STEM departments.
• Assume a role in mentoring and professional development for future teacher training.
