Job summary

Sunblink in London is seeking an Assistant Pre-Construction Manager to support early stage bids for structural steelwork projects. Hybrid working arrangement in London, with salary up to £45,000 plus package.

You'll work with the pre-construction team to translate enquiries into well-planned, commercially viable tenders, review drawings and specs, coordinate with estimating, detailing, design, procurement and delivery teams, and grow into a broader pre-construction leadership role.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of structural steelwork
• Ability to interpret technical drawings
• Good communication skills and proactive problem-solving

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and coordination of tenders for structural steelwork projects
• Review drawings, specifications and technical information to understand project requirements
• Liaise with estimating, detailing, design, procurement and project delivery teams
• Identify technical challenges, risks and opportunities early
• Assist with tender submissions, programme information and supporting documentation
• Coordinate information between clients, consultants and internal teams
• Help ensure projects are properly assessed before delivery
• Develop understanding of the commercial and contractual side of structural steelwork
