Job summary

Sunblink in London is seeking an experienced Senior Structural Project Manager to oversee structural steel installation projects from planning through to completion.

You will manage timelines, budgets, safety and client communications, lead the project team, and coordinate with engineers, designers and subcontractors to deliver on programme. This role requires strong leadership and site-based collaboration across disciplines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Project Manager role within structural steel or heavy construction.
• Strong knowledge of steel construction methods and site operations.
• Experience with drawings, shop drawings and erection plans.
• Proficient with project planning tools such as Asta Project or Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate the project team to oversee all aspects of structural steel installation projects.
• Manage and deliver project timelines, ensuring milestones are met in line with the programme.
• Develop and communicate clear lookahead plans to project and site teams.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, designers and site personnel for alignment.
• Lead project documentation, including contracts, schedules and change orders.
• Monitor project costs, budgets and financial forecasts; report progress to stakeholders.
• Ensure health, safety and environmental compliance across all sites.
• Oversee quality control and ensure handovers meet required standards.
