You don't need to have held a pre-construction title before. What matters is your technical knowledge, commercial awareness, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Working alongside the pre-construction team, you'll help turn enquiries into well-planned, commercially viable projects.

Experience with Tekla would be a real advantage, but we're particularly interested in your understanding of the industry and your potential to develop.
This is an opportunity to build on the experience you already have and develop a broader skill set within the structural steelwork industry.
You'll gain exposure to the early stages of projects, develop commercial awareness, work closely with experienced professionals and build a career pathway into pre-construction management.
Most importantly, you won't be starting from scratch. Your existing technical knowledge will be the foundation for your next move.
