Job summary

Allstaff is recruiting a Steel Erector for a client project in Harlow. This is a full time temporary role with an immediate start, working Mon-Fri 8am-5pm.

You will install and secure structural steelwork and read engineering drawings, with earning potential up to £25 per hour DOE. Applicants should hold NVQ Level 2 Steel Erector or Blue CSCS Skilled Worker card and have experience on heavy-engineering projects, with a strong emphasis on safety.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 Steel Erector/Blue CSCS Skilled worker card required.
• Experience in heavy-engineering projects preferred.
• Strong safety awareness and compliance with site rules.

Responsibilities

• Installing secondary steels.
• Erecting, installing and securing structural steelwork.
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
• Using MEWPs, telehandlers and associated access equipment safely.

Type of Contract: Temporary on ongoing basis
Hours: Mon Fri 8am 5pm
